For better torque transfer, the parallel ground tips should be adjusted to fit the bottom of the slot, which is where the screw is strongest. They can accommodate a wide variety of factory screws. The #6 X-L version has a 12-inch shank that works well with buttstock screws and bolts. Please note that Forster provides a warranty for manufacturing defects, but not for misuse or abuse due to the product's intended use.
