It is possible to install a barrel of high precision quality using just four small hand tools. The process only requires adjustment of the lockup using the two raised pads situated on either side of the rear locking groove, as well as cutting the barrel hood to the correct length and fitting the bushing to the slide. A pre-fit national match bushing is supplied with the barrel, which has an oversized outer diameter for precise fitting to the slide. The bottom lugs have already been fully finished, and a link of the correct length is included to save hours of work.
