Return Policy and Karma

eGoods365 only employs good people... and we believe there are many of us out there. We want everyone to get the best shopping experience. We believe in destiny, fate or someone may call it karma. We would jump over our heads if needed for our customers, even if that translates into financial losses for us. We believe that you have good intentions as well. Quality Control & Returns
Before you buy products from us, there are several quality controls checks. Our manufacturers have dedicated quality control departments, and we inspect our sample products to ensure quality of products.
If for some reason, you truly get a defective or wrong product, a listing error, or a shipping error quantity, which unfortunately happens in mass production, we will be glad to accept the return in accordance with the return policy. Return Policy & Process
Product was purchased within 30 days and product must have a proof of purchase (order number, receipts, email associated with the account)
We accept returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions, and accessories, unless it was defective or wrong product.
Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons Ammunition Gun Powder may not be returned.
Please email to us to request RA (Return Authorization) number and prepaid label (if applicable).
If any shipping charges were presented on the order, they are not refunded unless an item was defective. Additionally, the customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred on exchanged items.
Slightly damaged packaging is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Products that show excessive physical wear and tear, and usage will be subject to further assessments.
