At times, benchrest shooters apply tape to the forend and buttstock of their rifles for a smoother stock slide in the bags and to keep the stock surfaces safe from scratches. We provide two types of stock tape kits that include clear tape and the tan coloured Teflon PTFE coated film tape. The clear tape is barely visible and comes in two rifle kits while the Teflon tape is obtainable in a single rifle or double rifle kits. Both types of tape come in 5 inch by 5 inch cut pieces and contain peel-off backers. You will receive application instructions with your purchase.
