The new AR-15 Armorer's Wrench from Brownells is compatible with both encapsulated and peg-style barrel nuts. It has a long handle that terminates in a carbine buttstock wrench, featuring four teeth for complete engagement with all four notches of an M4-style receiver extension nut, making installation and removal easier. The wrench also has a 1/2" square drive opening, allowing the use of a torque wrench and 5/8" and 3/4" slots that fit receiver A2 extensions and flash suppressors.
