Using precision machining techniques, our barrel is crafted from hardened 416R stainless steel, ensuring a tight lockup and long life. Installation is usually straightforward, and the Black Nitride finish resists surface wear and corrosion. A button-rifled bore with standard, 1-10" right-hand, 6-groove rifling is located ahead of the 9mm Luger (9x19mm) chamber.

This barrel fits the Sig P365XL only, and is available in either a Plain muzzle or Threaded (1/2"-28 tpi) version for compatibility with compensators or sound suppressors. Both versions are laser engraved with the chambering and Sig model being served.
