CCI standard primers are commonly called-for in reloading recipes and are considered the "bread-and-butter" of reloading. They are known for their clean-burning initiator compound, which leaves primer pockets cleaner and prolongs the time between pocket cleaning. This is especially beneficial for progressive reloaders.
