The Remington ported buckshot choke tube is crafted to provide a concentrated pattern downrange when using 00 & 000 buckshot. Its ported design lessens both recoil and muzzle jump that often come with these weighty loads. The choke's constriction is specially fashioned to optimize patterns with both small and large loads. It will protrude about 1 inch beyond the barrel and is finished in black. The choke is made of 17-4 heat-treated material and is safe for use with Lead, Steel, and Hevi-Shot loads. However, it is not suitable for use with any Steel Shot larger than BB, nor with any Steel shot faster than 1550 FPS.
