The EGW 1911 HD Ball Head Disconnector is a useful tool for achieving tighter tolerances in your 1911. With a taller top, it is designed to ensure there is no drag on the sear pin especially when doing trigger work under 2 1/4 lbs. The ball head eliminates the usual click sound found on 1911s which is usually caused by the head moving back and forth in the frame hole. The altered geometry of the disconnector ensures it is not tripped when loading a magazine. The bottom spade features a small .006 corner radius to prevent the disconnector from digging into the trigger bow and improve functionality.
