The mounting hardware includes two 6-32 button head screws, two 6-32 flat head screws and one 6-32 set screw. The EGW red dot sights are designed to be mounted from left to right with the muzzle facing front. The dovetail has a progressive taper for ease of installation. To use this sight mount, simply remove the rear sight of the gun, replace it with our mount, and then attach your Vortex Viper/Venom, Burris FastFire, or Docter red-dot sight. This mount can be removed at any time and the rear sight can be replaced with no alterations required. Mounting hardware is included along with installation instructions. To install the mount, remove the rear sight, install the EGW Sight Mount in the dovetail, tighten the set screw (if applicable), then place the red dot sight on the EGW Sight Mount (placing a small piece of paper between the red dot sight and the sight mount will make for easier removal and will keep Loctite off of the red dot sight), apply blue Loctite to the provided mounting screws, and torque mounting screws to 15in/lbs. The screws included in this mount require a 5/64'' allen wrench for installation.
