Forged to strict national match specifications from ordnance steel, our barrels are rifled using a proprietary technique that maintains lands and grooves to the tightest tolerances and leaves a mirror-smooth surface finish. To ensure precision, our barrels are air gauged to maintain .0002" tolerance throughout the bore. Additionally, our feed ramps are throated for use with wadcutter ammo.
For the Standard Barrel, we use a non-ramped design with an oversize hood, top and bottom lugs to achieve an exact fit for optimum match accuracy. The Ramped Barrel, on the other hand, fully supports the case head and allows for direct feeding from the magazine to the chamber. This option, however, requires frame machining and gunsmithing fitting.
