Lyman's upgraded Mag 25 furnace is an enhancement of their reliable Mag 20 bottom-pour casting furnace. This version can handle 5 lbs. more lead, making its total capacity 25 lbs. and allowing for faster melting. The unit has an 850-watt heating capability and is equipped with a digital display controlled by a keypad that shows both the actual and desired temperature of the lead. Lyman also provides a universal mould guide that can be adjusted to work with mould blocks from RCBS, Redding/Saeco, Lee, and Lyman. This furnace has a sturdy base that provides support and has two front-loading compartments for convenient on-board storage of tools.
