Thanks to the Melonite finishing, the all-steel construction is resistant to wear and can withstand heavy use. For ease of use, there's a windage adjustment knob that requires no tools, and the MBUS Pro Offset Rear Sight has a snag-free, tucked away profile when stowed. Additionally, it has positive detents in both the up and down positions.

This sight system has a low profile when deployed, providing standard AR height over bore when deployed, 45-degree offset to the right-hand side, and covers less than 0.66 inches of top rail. It is compatible with any MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny/STANAG 4694 rail and mounts only with MBUS Pro OFFSET Front sight MAG525. With its small aperture diameter of 0.07 inches and large aperture diameter of 0.19 inches, the windage adjustment is around 0.5 MOA (0.566"/100m) per click with a 14.5" sight radius and 0.4 MOA (0.410"/100m) per click with a 20" sight radius.
