The folding design of this rear leaf sight is designed to prevent accidental damage. When your preferred lever or single-shot rifle is stored or carried, the leaf can be easily flipped down and out of the way. The sight has a long shank which is barrel-mounted and it is fully adjustable using the center plate and center plate lock screw. There is no need for a separate elevator. The flat top leaf comes with a white diamond sight insert which helps improve sight acquisition and alignment. The sight is screw and drift adjustable for windage and it fits a nominal 3/8" dovetail. Some minor fitting may be required.
