Redding offers two match grade powder measures, one of which is the 3BR. This particular measure comes with a quick-change micrometer insert and mounting bracket. It can be used with most bench stands and is capable of throwing powder charges within a range of 5 to 100 grains using the universal (rifle) insert and from one half to 10 grains with the pistol insert. The 3BR may be ordered with either of these inserts. To support the 3BR powder measure, Redding also provides the 11-1200 Sinclair Powder Measure Stand.

On the other hand, Redding's BR-30 Competition Measure allows for powder charges from 10 to 50 grains and has a micrometer adjusting insert of the same style. It is the company's best factory powder measure produced today, but the 3BR inserts are not compatible with it.

For convenient access and visibility, Redding designed the Bench Stand to elevate your measure above the bench surface. This works for any measure with a 7/8 inch to fourteen thread. Additionally, customers may order the double-fingered clamp for securing the stand to the bench. This clamp, shown in the picture, is an improvement over regular C-clamps.
