Rosco has developed Bolt Carrier Groups for carbine shooters that meet MIL specification. The 5.56 / 300 BLK Bolt Carrier Groups are available in Phosphate and Nitride versions. The Nitride version has a melonite coating to offer extended performance. The Bolt Carrier Groups feature a chrome-lined gas key and bolt channel that are properly staked. The bolt is matched to the barrel for improved accuracy. These bolt carrier groups are designed to be Full-Auto rated and can withstand unforgiving use from the end user.

All Rosco Bolt Carrier Groups are made from high-quality materials such as 8620 steel for the carrier, 4130 steel for the gas key, and 4340 steel for the cam pin. The firing pin is made from 8740 steel which is heat-treated, Mil-Spec, center-less ground, and hard chrome plated to offer extended durability. The bolt is crafted from C158 and is Phosphate coated, MPI/HPT tested to ensure quality.
