Our Centerfire Cleaning Rod Guides are designed to replace your bolt or bolt carrier and fit into your action. They are equipped with a snout that has a silicone "O-ring" to fit into your chamber and seal off the barrel from the receiver. The "O-ring" prevents solvents from seeping back into the action area and interfering with the trigger assembly. We have over 1000 different action/cartridge combinations in stock, each with a specific machined fit from .17 up to .338 caliber. However, some rifle chamberings cannot accommodate an "O-ring" style rod guide, in which case we recommend using one of our Adjustable Cone Style Rod Guides.

As part of our continuing efforts to cater to our customers' cleaning needs, we have upgraded our Sinclair "O-ring" rod guides to include incorporated solvent ports. This upgrade comes standard with every centerfire bolt action rod guide as well as nearly all AR-style rod guides. If you prefer a rod guide without a solvent port, please contact us through email or phone and we will gladly guide you towards the product you require. These rod guides without solvent ports are considered semi-custom, so kindly allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. There will be no additional fee for rod guides without integral solvent ports.
