The RECON-X is comparable to the standard RECON and is designed for fitting high power glass onto a flattop style AR-15. However, the RECON-X mount differs in that its cantilever allows for extended eye relief compared to the standard RECON. With an offset of 3", it has the longest built-in eye relief of any ADM Mount. The RECON-X is precision-machined from 6061 T6 Aluminum and has a hard coat T3 Mil-Spec anodize finish. Additionally, it boasts the patented QD Auto Lock Lever system, which accommodates both in-spec and out-of-spec rail systems.
