This shotgun tube has a longer parallel section than Carlson's conventional tubes, which results in consistent shot patterns. Additionally, its extra smooth interior surface minimizes shot deformation. The tube also has a laser-marked constriction for quick identification. An external knurled ring extends approximately 3/4" from the end of the barrel, allowing for quick changes between stations. Finally, the tube is suitable for use with steel shot.
