This specialty tool is designed for loading Very Low Drag (VLD) bullets. Its purpose is to remove sharp edges at the case mouth, which can cause drag and compromise accuracy. By cutting a gentle 22° chamfer, the tool allows the long boattail of the bullet to be seated in the case without any damage.
