The GRID is made of individual Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) end panels, center panels, and DAKA Blocks that nest securely together. The GRID creates an advanced internal system that organizes and protects everything in your case, and it doesn’t trap moisture, dirt or other contaminants. Compared to traditional foam inserts, the GRID is lighter, stronger and holds your gear in place better than traditional foam, providing better protection. Changing the arrangement of the GRID to meet your loadout’s needs is easy, fast, and you’ll never have to deal with the many issues that come with open cell foam.

The Hard Case features injection molding technology using gas-charged polypropylene to reduce weight, add greater strength, and enhance case integrity compared to other conventional cases. The case includes extra storage space with four double-walled corner pockets, creating bumper zones for added impact resistance that double as extra storage for other smaller items. The latch design, along with the greater case rigidity, makes the latches simple to use and incredibly rugged. Each latch features a large, easily operated push-button release that can be activated with one hand, and there’s a clear audible "click" when it's secured. The innovative latch design also features a reimagined latch lockout system. Each latch contains one lock pass-through and, once a lock is installed, the latch cannot be opened until the lock is removed.

The handles are designed to be comfortable and functional. The two hinged handles are longer than standard handles for more grip flexibility; they’re designed to remain when stowed and to stay out when deployed. The wheels are designed for smooth rolling and longevity, with reduced noise, friction, and debris incursion. This LR53 Case has interior measurements of 53.8 x 16.6 x 5.5" and will accept most shotguns and long rifles. The case is made in the USA.
