The Redding 6mm Creedmoor Competition Seater Die is designed to address the concentricity problems commonly experienced by other seating dies. This is achieved through tighter manufacturing tolerances made possible by a patented seating stem system. The precision-fit between the bullet guide and seating stem allows the latter to "float" effortlessly on a column of air.

In addition, the seating stem is designed to match the bullet diameter exactly for maximum alignment and accuracy. A close-fitting precision sleeve supports and aligns the cartridge case and bullet before seating begins. To facilitate precise seating depth, the micrometer is calibrated in 0.001" increments and is infinitely adjustable without clicks. A "zero set" feature allows for easy calibration to your rifle or preferred seating depth.
