Redding Reloading Equipment has developed a new die set based on customer feedback. The company has introduced several new die sets in recent years, including the National Match, Master Hunter, and Premiums, in response to changing trends and customer requests. The Redding Type S Elite die set is the latest addition, available for 85 different cartridges.

This set comprises a Type S Bushing Full Die, a Type S Bushing Neck Die, and the outstanding Redding Competition Seating Die. All Type-S dies contain an interchangeable bushing that controls neck diameter and tension in increments of 0.001”. The bushings come in hardened steel or with a TIN (Titanium Nitride) coating for superior lubricity. This allows the handloader to achieve precise neck tension without damaging the brass in the case neck. The free-floating bushings self-center on the case neck, which provides greater sizing accuracy. These features offer improved control, consistency, and accuracy in the final loaded rounds.
