Redding Reloading Equipment has developed a new die set, the Type S Elite, based on customer feedback. This set is available for 85 different cartridges and includes a Type S Bushing Full Die, a Type S Bushing Neck Die, and a Redding Competition Seating Die. All Type-S dies use an interchangeable bushing to control neck diameter and tension with an increment of 0.001". The bushings are available in hardened steel, as well as with a TIN coating for even greater lubricity. The handloader can achieve complete control and precision when setting the appropriate neck tension without overworking the brass in the case neck. The bushings are free-floating, allowing them to self-center on the case neck for a higher degree of sizing accuracy. These features provide enhanced control, consistency, and accuracy of the final loaded rounds.
