MDT has introduced their first purpose-built hunting chassis system, the HNT26. This ultra-light chassis weighs in at a mere 26oz and is constructed with a magnesium alloy base, carbon fiber forend, carbon fiber grip, and a foam-filled carbon fiber buttstock for noise reduction and recoil dampening. The chassis also features V-block bedding, LOP and comb adjustment, AICS magazine compatibility, and accommodates barrels up to 1.25" in diameter. Additionally, it has a low profile mag latch integrated into the trigger guard, QD mounts, sling swivels, and a vertically adjustable cheek riser with a soft touch foam pad. The complete hunting chassis system includes the chassis base, buttstock, forend, and grip, and accepts most AR grips, but specifically designed with an ultra-lightweight carbon fiber grip that is just over 1oz. The HNT26 chassis is available in a Cerakote finish and comes with titanium action/grip screws.
