The K2-XL Grip is designed for individuals with larger hands who require a grip that is comfortable and improves control. This grip is similar to the MOE-K2® Grip, but it is nearly 25% larger. It provides a more vertical grip angle, making it easier for short LOP rifles that bring the primary hand in closer to the shooter's body.

The larger size of the K2-XL Grip allows proper finger placement in precision shooting, resulting in improved accuracy. The grip features an aggressive TSP texture that offers optimum weapon control. The front and rear serrations provide excellent traction to keep the shooter's hands in place.

The K2-XL Grip comes with a proprietary XL grip cap with an oil bottle grip core that enhances modern styling and ergonomics to the AR platform in a larger size. The grip fits standard AR-pattern grip tangs and has a grip angle of 17 degrees. It is compatible with AR10, AR15, M4, M16, M110, SR25 platforms.

The grip also has a beavertail backstrap for enhanced ergonomics, which supports proper trigger finger placement. It accepts proprietary XL grip cap and oil bottle grip core for storage capability. The XL grip cap, oil bottle grip core, and mounting hardware are included with the K2-XL Grip. Note that other Magpul grip cores will not fit with the K2-XL grip cap.

Finally, the K2-XL Grip is made in the U.S.A. and will function properly with 7.62 NATO AR10/SR25 style of rifles but, depending on the make of the rifle, may or may not leave a gap between the backstrap's 'beaver tail' and the receiver. This gap is purely aesthetic and will not affect function.
